People have often asked why 'Personality Crisis' as a name for my studio? 3 words.. NEW YORK DOLLS. I guess it started with the Sex Pistols, the first band I really got into as a teenager, and let's face it, the Dolls story looms large over the Pistols... always loved the song Personality Crisis.. the attitude and the swagger. Last year, I'd heard singer David Johansen was in a desperate situation trying to raise funds for care, so thought I'd contribute to the fight in some way.
